Maintenance and Support
All our we design services come with email support but sometimes you may require more than technical help. In these cases we can maintain your website for you. One of the most important aspects of running a website is keeping the information clear, fresh and up-to-date. We can help you manage this through the use of our maintenance contracts.
Once your website is completed, you will be assigned a personal designer from our web design team who will liaise with you and update or maintain your web site. These updates include – but are not limited to – changing text, prices, fonts, colours or changing graphics.
Our cost for revisions/content changes for a website is £35 per hour. Clients may wish to prepay for maintenance monthly at a rate of £25 per hour; for example, pay £100 per month for 4 hours of changes per month. The minimum contract term is 6 months.
